About

Andy Edmonson, AIA, NCARB is a licensed architect located in Shreveport, LA who has worked on projects in both Louisiana and Texas. After graduating from Louisiana Tech University with his degree in architecture, he moved to Dallas, TX and spent the last 12 years of his career working on both commercial and residential projects of all scales and sizes. Having recently moved back home to Louisiana with his family, where he was born and raised, he is committed to contributing to our community here in Louisiana as an architect. An avid learner and preservationist at heart, he is seeking to save and restore our wealth of historical buildings in Louisiana and to use these as inspiration and guides to drive his designs for current and future work.

In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife and three children swimming, gardening, baking, and drawing (see “Process” tab).
